Every aspect, from enquiry, booking, and customer service were smooth, professional and very efficient.

The course location was superb, as well as the on-site facilities.

The delivery team were most welcoming , approachable, accommodating, expertly knowledgeable and friendly.

I would strongly recommend this qualification to anybody with a passion for the outdoors, not just outdoor professionals.

I have done many First Aid courses over the years, and the course delivered by OPTIMAL FIRST AID is by far the most engaging, least faff and enjoyable course I have ever attended !
