Designed for outdoor professionals and serious adventurers across the UK, it’s hands-on, scenario-driven, and nationally recognised.

What You’ll Learn
Through immersive, practical training, you’ll cover essential first aid topics with a specific focus on remote and outdoor environments. Expect to get your hands dirty—this isn’t a sit-down-and-listen course.
Scene safety, planning & casualty assessment
Recovery position and airway control
Outdoor CPR & AED use, including drowning response
Bleeding, shock, fractures, spinal injuries
Cold & heat illnesses: hypothermia, hyperthermia
Bites, stings, burns & environmental hazards
Seizures, diabetes, asthma & other conditions
Casualty monitoring over time
Emergency communication & evacuation

Duration: 2 days (16 hours)
