For training courses that lead to externally accredited qualifications, or that include an examination or formal assessment, we are required to retain records for a minimum of 5 years.

Registration forms and related information are retained in accordance with the requirements of the relevant awarding organisation and as per company procedures.

All records are held electronically on our data base and may be retained for up to 5 years after which time your data is securely removed from our database. Any hard copies (paper) are destroyed once added to our database. No printed paperwork is retained.
