I attended an Emergency First Aid & Forestry training day in Devon today. Toby was excellent: very confident, experienced, knowledgeable and engaging. I went from knowing very little about emergency first aid to feeling much more confident. I would recommend Optimal First Aid to everyone!Posted on Google![]()

Really good one-day Emergency First Aid at Work course with Optimal First Aid. Practical, clear and engaging from start to finish. The instructor kept everything simple and hands-on, with plenty of practice so you actually feel more confident dealing with an emergency at work. I left the course feeling prepared rather than just “certified”. Would definitely recommend and book with them again.Posted on Google![]()
