This is the second time I have attended the 16 hour Outdoor First Aid course with Optimal First Aid and once again found it to be extremely well-structured and engaging. The hands-on scenarios were particularly valuable to practice real-life situations and build confidence in applying what I learned. Toby (who has a sense of humour) used clear and easy-to-understand language which made each topic accessible. Overall, it’s a highly effective course that I would recommend to anyone looking to gain practical first aid skills in a supportive and well-paced environment.
